The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of reservation. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the following fees: 60 days or more before the trip: Full refund minus the deposit. 30-59 days before the trip: 50% of the total cost. Less than 30 days: No refund. No refunds will be given for unused services or early departures. 3. Travel Insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers.
